Lainy had never been in a swimsuit before, but she was thrilled once she had hers on! She waved her arms, kicked her chubby little legs, blew raspberries, and cooed. . . it was adorable. I filled the bathtub with warm water, found all her water-proof toys, and we got in. I think I had as much fun as she did! We splashed our hands and threw her toys for over 45 minutes. After a long week, it was just what we both needed. Not only did it help Lainy feel better, but we had a lot of fun in the process. I liked that order from the doctor!

Oh I'm so sorry. SJ has had problems like that on occasion...I fed her prunes pretty regularly, but nobody ever told me about a warm bath! How darling, and how sweet for you to make it into a fun play time! What a great mom! Hope Lainey is feeling better!
Traci! I am so excited that you have a blog now too - so we can keep up with eachother instead of asking Ken all the time how you guys are doing. I am sorry to hear about the - ahem - 'backup' but good to hear that things are moving along. WE really are doing great and I hope that we can start that play group soon. Oh poor Lainy! However distressed she doesn't show it in that picture! She is so cute! I'm glad you guys both got a chance to relax and I hope vegetable eating gets easier!
